Ethiopian Lamb or Chicken Stew - Lamb or Chicken and Cardamom -
Browned lamb or chicken with a huge amount of onions, mixed with garlic, ginger,
cardamom, cumin, black pepper and Berbere Sauce - (packet provided). This stew is
a tender dish with a sweet delicate spice taste.
(You provide:  lamb or chicken,  dry red wine, water and salt)
Ethiopian Stew - Doro Wat - An African favorite. This one has a whopping total of
15 different spices including paprika, garlic, ginger, green chilies, chili powder,
turmeric, a bunch of delicately roasted spices and heaping amount of onions. The
hard boiled eggs in this stew absorb all the spicy goodness.
(You provide:  chicken,  lemon juice, dry white wine, eggs, water and salt)
Ethiopian Spicy Braised Chicken - Braised chicken in a sassy
gang of spices including onion, paprika, turmeric, ginger, and
cloves. Blend this with tomato sauce and red wine.
