West African Red Dip - Ata - A bountiful amount of delicately toasted paprika
mixed with cayenne, ginger, onion,  garlic and more spices to create the red pepper
paste. Stir this red pepper paste into chili sauce with red wine and you have a dip
that is fantastic with shrimp or crispy chicken wings.
(You provide:  chili sauce, dry red wine, water and salt)
Moroccan Dipping Sauce  - A dip created with pureed plum tomatoes, garlic,
paprika, spices and cayenne to taste, slowly simmered, mixed with plain yogurt and
lemon juice. Make this as hot or as mild as you wish. My family loves it as a dip for
wings!
(You provide: tomatoes, yogurt,  lemon juice and salt)
West African Pink Dip - Ata - Prepared with the same pepper paste base as the
Red Dip but mayonnaise or salad dressing is added instead of chili sauce. Awesome
on a salad with shrimp.
