Moroccan Grilled Chicken Citron - Chicken marinated in a mixture of herbs,
spices, garlic, ginger, saffron, red chili, lemon juice and olive oil, then grilled.
(You provide:  chicken, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil)
Chicken with Prunes & Almonds - You'll braise chicken with ginger, onions,
saffron, herbs and spices. The prunes are added with cinnamon and sugar and it is
cooked until syrupy.  The chicken is served with the prune syrup over it garnished
with the fried almonds and toasted sesame seeds.

Wings Over Morocco - You marinate chicken wings in a spicy sweet and sour mix.
Then bake and baste with a buttery garlic hot sauce until crisp. Buffalo has nothing

Moroccan Meatballs & Sauce - Tagine Kefta - Ground lamb or beef mixed
with hot spices and garlic. Shaped and then cooked in a tomato sauce that contains
