By using my PayPal account, I can protect my customers in many ways that other
financial institutions don't. Paypal provides many antifraud protective services and tools.
PayPal works 24/7 to help safeguard my customer's privacy and protect their identity by
using advanced technology and vigilant monitoring.

it to merchants, in this case Chumley & Stella's. The only thing I see is that a payment
has been made. The only information I receive is the customer's home and email

have successfully established my identity with them.
