organic ingredients. All soaps contain medicinal chemicals in their natural
unadulterated herbal form.

How is this possible?
Cold process soap uses the chemical reaction called saponification. This is a
chemical reaction that creates soap from oils by a chemical reaction with a
strong base and  water. Very high temperatures are created by this reaction.
These high temperatures can destroy the medicinal chemicals found in
nature's botanicals. The typical soaper adds botanicals before the
saponification reaction occurs, exposing them to these destructive high
temperatures.

At Water Maiden Springs™ the soap is created,  then hand grated, melted at
low temperatures with fresh mountain spring or floral water at which point the
color, fragrance, exfoliant, medicinal plant, mineral, etc... ensuring these
ingredients have not been altered by the chemical reaction of saponification.

Water Maiden Springs™ handmade natural castile soap is made using
therapeutic olive oil. To create the perfect bar bit of palm oil and a dollop of
coconut oil are added for extra healing properties. This old time Castile Soap
recipe creates a firm, healing, anti-aging, moisturizing bar.
